More sharp things
Gahhh when are they putting better blades on the Leatherman Surge..or newer Mk. II version? The company that created the Charge Ti is now giving it a new steroid boost to the Charge ALX. Instead of a complete titanium body, the entire handle grip is now replaced with a full aluminum handle. Either than the body chance, there isn’t really much tool function swap. However, not all the Titanium handle multi-tool is disappearing. There is going to be also a new edition to the family which consists of the Charge TTi, full titanium handle and an upgraded blade material from 154 CM to Crucible’s CPM S30V, (blade material that used on more pro outdoorsman.) It would be interesting to see how the price comes out for the Tti since there is a lot of high end material attatched to that sucker. As soon as they stop coming out with steroid 4 inch multi-tools and start working on their heavier chasis of 4.5 inch multi-tool (something like my Surge), than that’s when I’ll give in and replace my good old Surge. Than they might run into the problem of extremely heavy tools that would yank your pants down.
